We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.

However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and normal variations in materials or production.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to your original payment method.

Prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated in that policy, eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Because our scratchers are designed to be used and scratched, products that have been used are not eligible for return unless they are defective or otherwise covered by applicable law.

MINOE Lab products are intended for household pet use unless otherwise stated.

Please use products only as intended and place them on an appropriate, stable surface.

Inspect products periodically for excessive wear or damage and discontinue use if a product becomes damaged in a way that could create a safety hazard.

Individual cats have different preferences and behaviors. We cannot guarantee that every cat will use or enjoy a particular product.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

The content of our website, including our branding, product designs, graphics, photographs, text, logos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to MINOE Lab and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
